● Veeva CRM Admin or Salesforce Admin certification
●Working knowledge of APEX or other object-oriented programming language (i.e. Java) ● Ability to translate global strategies into actionable plans that address local business needs.
●Experience in utilizing CRM data to support Omnichannel and AI initiatives.
●Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets.
●Understanding of Japan specific industrial local standard external dataset usage and legal policy (Ultmarc, IQVIA, JD-NET, etc)
●Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse global team environment.
●A self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions without constant supervision.
●Passion and Strong commitment on end-to-end delivery.
●Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English to engage with both local and global stakeholders.
Experience
●More than 3 years of industrial experience with Veeva CRM
●Experience with managing partners, and with business stakeholders
●Experience in managing CRM projects with internal/external partners at all levels (local/regional/global)
Education/certification/Language
●Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
●Exceptional business communication skills in both Japanese and English as a Tech Partner Preferred

●Working in multinational diverse environment is a plus
